Using CXSuper Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the cxsuper website (https://cxsuper.xyz) and its associated mobile applications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cxsuper.

Continued access to or use of the cxsuper platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Cxsuper reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following requirements must be met to register an account on the cxsuper platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• Use a strong password when creating your account and keep it confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Cxsuper reserves the right to carry out additional verification on accounts flagged as suspicious. Accounts created using false information may be terminated and the balance forfeited.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on cxsuper:

When making a deposit, please ensure you are sending the correct amount to the correct account number. cxsuper is not responsible for errors made during a transaction.

Cxsuper only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts will be declined, and the return of funds may take additional time.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw from cxsuper:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

Cxsuper reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity or rule violations. The user may be asked to provide supporting documentation in such cases.

Cxsuper offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be met.
• Reload Bonus: The wagering requirement for the weekly reload bonus is generally 10x.
• Cashback: Cashback is credited directly to your balance with no wagering requirements.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to a 5x wagering requirement.

Cxsuper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has a set expiry date, it will be forfeited if not used within that period.

Cxsuper offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and fishing games. Each category has its own rules. General betting rules are outlined below:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.
• Cxsuper reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormally high odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Any account found to be involved in match fixing or coordinated fraudulent betting will be permanently terminated.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the outcome will be settled based on the result of the last completed game.

Game outcomes on cxsuper are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cxsuper and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly collecting bonuses through various methods or strategies.
• Exploiting technical glitches or attempting to hack the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Using bots or any automation software on the cxsuper platform.
• Harassing, defrauding, or disturbing other users.

Cxsuper reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• False or misleading information is found during KYC verification.
• Upon evidence of suspicious financial activity or money laundering.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Cxsuper shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses from game interruptions or betting disruptions caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Any losses resulting from your password or login credentials being accessed by another person.
• In the event of service disruption due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or any other force majeure circumstances.

Cxsuper's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. cxsuper is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or any consequential damages.

Cxsuper reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform announcement before changes take effect.

• Minor changes such as spelling corrections or clarifications may take effect without prior notice.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
